Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Orlando AI Agency (operated by DBA Soft Solutions Corp, a Florida corporation, referred to here as "we," "us," or "our") provides this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect through orlandoaiagency.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us directly, through the following places on this site:

• Contact form: name, business name, email, phone number, and whatever you write in the message field.
• Chatbot (Ava): your name, email, and details about your business or the problem you describe, if you choose to share them during a conversation. Every conversation is logged so we can follow up and improve the assistant's answers.
• Booking a call: name, email, and phone number, used to schedule a real appointment on our calendar and send you a confirmation.

We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics or any advertising pixel on this site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (opens in a new tab), a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personal data, to see general traffic patterns (like which pages get visited). Your browser may also store a small amount of information locally (for example, to remember you had a chat conversation open) — this stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your message or question
• Schedule and confirm appointments you request
• Send you a summary of a chatbot conversation, if you asked for one
• Understand what services or industries visitors are interested in, so we can improve this site and how we explain what we do

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason.

Who We Share Information With

We use a small number of outside services to run this site and respond to you. Each one only receives the specific information needed to do its job:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and its database (encrypted in transit and at rest).
• Google Calendar — if you book a call, your name, email, and appointment time are used to create a real calendar event and send you a confirmation invite.
• OpenAI — powers the chatbot's ability to understand and answer your questions. Messages you send the chatbot are processed by OpenAI's API to generate a response.
• Resend — sends transactional emails on our behalf, such as a chatbot conversation summary or a notification to our team that you reached out.

We do not share your information with any other third party, and none of these services are permitted to use your information for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep the information above for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, follow up on a potential project, and maintain accurate business records — typically no longer than needed for those purposes. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, contact us using the details below and we will do so, except where we're required to keep certain records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct information that's inaccurate
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you

Just reach out using the contact information below and we'll take care of it.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.

SMS/Text Messaging

If you text our business number ((689) 329-0048) or submit your phone number through our website and opt in to SMS updates, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your inquiry, our services, and appointment follow-ups. Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share your mobile opt-in information or SMS data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

Newsletter Emails

If you subscribe to our newsletter using the email field on this site, we use your email address only to send that newsletter and to manage your subscription (for example, to process an unsubscribe request). Subscribing is always a separate, affirmative choice — we do not add you to the newsletter automatically because you contacted us, chatted with Ava, booked a call, or applied for our free website offer. We use Resend (opens in a new tab) to manage the newsletter list and send these emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by contacting us using the details below.
